Our terms and conditions are made available to all customers so as to protect the rights of customers and Lets Do Yum Cha alike. 

Staff & Food on Time

Lets Do Yum Cha can not be held responsible if major incidents prevent us from arriving on time (e.g. accident on major road). Lets Do Yum Cha and staff on the day will communicate with customer as long as accurate on-the-day contact information is provided by customer. 

Rubbish Removal and Clean Up

Rubbish will be collected and left onsite unless Lets Do Yum Cha has been instructed otherwise. It is the customer’s responsibility to check all appliances before staff chef leaves and to communicate with chef any special requests before he or she leaves your function. 

Children and Safety

It is the customer’s responsibility to keep children away from any hot or potentially dangerous equipment, including chef equipment. Lets Do Yum Cha can not take any responsibility for any damage to property or persons as a result of disorderly conduct or out of control children. 

Payment Terms

Payment is due 48 hours prior to function unless by prior arrangement. Once a customer has confirmed function details (usually 7 to 10 day prior to function date) and an invoice has been created the invoice is fully payable. Although the invoice is still fully payable the customer can postpone the catering service anytime up to 48 hours before function. All staff costs will be deducted, however all party hire and food costs will still have to be paid for) Lets Do Yum Cha will accept increased guest numbers only, after customer has confirmed function details and invoice created.
